1. Are the Stickers waterproof and weatherproof? |
Our stickers are made from premium material. They are weather and water proof! So no need to be worried about water ruining your sticker.
| 2. Will you restock a sold-out product? |
Once an item is sold-out, it will be temporarily unavailable until further announcements of a restock unless stated prior to be limited edition. Restocks will occur depending on demand.
| 3. When will my order ship? |
All our orders ship from New York and will take about 1-2 weeks to be shipped out. All preorders will be shipped within 2-4 weeks as we must wait to receive our stickers from our distributor.
| 4. Do you accept returns? |
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once an order is placed it is final and there will be no cancellation. If an item is delivered damaged please contact us immediately by our support email shopkoi.jp@gmail.com or dm us on Instagram at koi.jp.
| 5. Can I get a refund? |
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds as all sales are final. Please double check shipping address before placing the order! In the event that a package is lost in transit, please contact and file a claim with USPS before contacting us.

Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects.
The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please notify us within 2 months of noticing any defects.
It does not cover blows, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects. -
